Low in the weight again, good stuff! Gym is on schedule tonight, did not go yesterday, went out instead and had some great time, no regrets!!
I have been a little sick for the past 4-5 days, but I am fighting it! So far so good! I probably will go down another 5 lbs on my goal weight so that I can maintain anywhere between 130 lbs - 135 lbs, but that only once this goal is achieved.
