first full month on armour thyroid. Sleeping well. Not overly tired as I was on levothyroxine. took followup labs today so we'll see if armour is working. Going to try the JJ Smith 10 Day Cleanse modified and see how it goes. That will be the only guarantee to get my greens and veggies in my diet.
