I'm finding I have a love/hate relationship with my personal trainer. Love that she pushes me to do more, hate how sore I can be the next day! Two days ago I actually wasn't able to finish her work-out for me by about three sets due to feeling very light headed. I was so bummed. So yesterday on my own I did 45 min of cardio on an elliptical instead of my usual 30 min. Here is to my training session going better today in a couple of hours! I'm trying to eat a little better this morning so hopefully that will help.
