Can someone help me?
What do you think? Im not necessarily following any type of diet, but it kind of seems like Atkins, just lean proteins, right? If so, should I switch to Atkins. What Im eating, is it on track, so to speak. Anyone ever do Lindora? am I eating enough calories.
Any feedback is appreciated.
Breakfast: Hard Boil Egg, and half apple Snack - Protein Bar Lunch - Chicken strips (Grilled) 200 calories, 2 carbs, Snack - cottage cheese that comes in individual containter Dinner - Chicken Breast, and mixed veggies Snack - Jicama
