I am astounded by how much I lie to myself. It is such a habit I rarely know I'm doing it. I think the lies help keep me fat. I want to start speaking the truth to myself so I've given myself the screen name of "Honesty". This plan needs more muscle than that and I am aware. To be successful though I really need to be honest. Funny thing, I hate lying. Time for me to make real life style changes. If I can keep the motivation level up, be patient and honest with myself I will win.
