Wow - I thought I was being good by going to dinner at Veggie Grill with my friend last night. I had a Quinoa Power Bowl and was shocked to learn this morning it was 690 calories! Not sure how I'm down 3 pounds from yesterday. My friend also bought me a cupcake from my favorite cupcake shop. I did split half of the cupcake with my husband. Prior to dinner I ate a bag of sour gummy bears I had laying around and handfuls of coconut popcorn. Sugar. Problem.

I liked that veggie grill power bowl too. It was alot of fiber, so maybe that's why you got a good result. I will try to take 1/2 home next time and make it into 2 meals. Congrats on your progress.
