I about died when I got on the scale this morning and saw the number it reflected. That is the lowest I have been in over two years and I am almost under 200. One more week baby and I will hit it.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
