I'm a 56 year male 6'6" tall and curently 258lbs I workout in the gym with heavy weights and ride a bicycle about 35 miles a day I started my journey at 310lbs back in 2006. I have been stuck in the 265-270 range for a while so I started using this program to accurately track my food intake it seems to be helping the next few week will tell for sure
