once again I was able to stick to my guns & workout with Turbofire - it was hard but I'm not stopping - my goal by the end of July is 255 maybe 250.
259.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 129.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
