Well I bought these wrist weights that are 1 lb heavier than what I was using and dang can I feel the added weight. Only problem is I can't wear my pedometer on my right wrist anymore. Np I have a belt that was for the waist that I can strap around my chest to hold it. Upped the walking a mile because I didn't like the slow weight loss.
Today's walk;
5.63 miles with the added weight.
It's not the walk I was doing but it is with weights so I rationalize that it's about the same. I can't be staying at the dog park for 5-6 hours. It was getting ridiculous.
