I must have eaten something "bad" (the beans???; the way they were made???) because I feel bloated and heavy. I was expecting the scale to measure more than it did.
Then again, maybe it's only water -- I drank more today than I've been drinking the past couple weeks.
I'll pay attention to how I feel in the next few days.
