Went to the dr fri about right knee pain and he xray'd it and gave me a steroid shot...said if I wasn't 100% by Today we would have to do an MRI...well, I am worse today than Friday so MRI is Wed. 9/14. I am so down about this...was just getting my groove on with walking. Now it is imparitive to stay strict with the calories so I can lose.
