There were about 5 days (about 5 days into the diet) where my body wasn't used to the lack of carbs & sugar (yeast, flour, bread, pasta, sugar, aka death food) and even the most moderate of activity caused exhaustion and burning in my muscles. Happy to report, my body has adjusted. No more intense exhaustion or burning. This temple should know to use the fat intake as energy. Within the next week I expect to shed a significant amount of fat.
