Drinking your Bulletproof in the morning? The key is to blend the heck out of it so it is frothy and like a latte...I drink it and then do not eat until after 2:00pm most days..this helps with the 16:8 intermittent fast.

@ HCB What is your bullet proof coffee recipe? I did it a couple of times and it just tastes funny unless I add stevia to it. Curious what others do
