So, I think eating at like 3am is messing with my metabolism. I've been waking up early because hubs shift at work is pretty early, so I've been eating breakfast around 3am and then taking a nap after he leaves for work, and before I have to go in. I think this is sabotaging my diet. I haven't changed anything about what I'm eating or increased carb intake. So I guess I'll stay at 25 NC/day for a while longer til this gets under control. I may have to just force myself to wait til like 6am to eat now. Idk. I know taking a nap after eating probably doesn't help either, so I may just have to eat AFTER my nap. I guess we'll see how that works. So far Phase 2 hasn't been my favorite. Yes, I get to eat nuts and berries now and 25 NC/day instead of 20, but it sucks to gain 2 lbs after losing this much. Welp, gotta keep trucking. Today, I'll have breakfast after 6am and see how that helps. I guess I should revise my hashtag from #down75 to #down73 on FB and Instagram. :(
