So today I went walking. I am going to cut the walking down because now I walk with weights in my hands. It's just 4 lbs total but when walking it seems like a lot more.
Today's walk;
4.48 miles total with weights.
The scale is headed in the right direction and that's all that matters to me. I should dance now.
