Thanks! I woke up this morning ready to go. I usually only have 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning, but I didn't realize it effected me so much. I feel a little tired, maybe just the weather. The hot tea was nice though. I am writing everything down. My only question is as far as the oatmeal goes, the the fat smash diet says we're aloud one cup per day max., is that one cup uncooked or cooked? I made the regular oats this morning, can I have the ones that come in a packet? I really love oatmeal, but the regular oats tasted like saw dust this morning. Also can I put applesauce (unsweetened)in the oatmeal to cool it down and add a little flavor?
