Apparently I haven't been eating right and that's been part of my insomnia. last night I was able to sleep a lot better, but I also stopped my waters and a half gallon around 3:30 PM. Today I'll be skipping pills and not doing waters just sort of trying to eat however I feel. Will start back up on Sunday and see how things go.
