We have company coming. I am making loaded nacho's and just putting everything on the bar so everyone can make their own. I will be using pork rinds for mine. I will make a cheesecake for dessert. Only the tortilla chips will be non lchf. They will have to eat my way in my house.

Excellent comparison. I recently started visualizing 5 lb bags of sugar to each 5 lbs. that I need to loose. Another tool to keep me away from sugary foods.
