Well, I definitely broke protocol today with my diet. Even though I still managed to stay under my RDI (of 2400, which I think is way too high), I blew it on the types of food I have been eating and ate way too much fatty foods. I know one day won't kill me, but I want to stay on target.

I also haven't exercised the last couple of days because of a pulled muscle in my back. So I feel really lethargic right now. Got to get back on track and hit it hard this weekend. I am determined!

I'm so sorry about your pulled muscle, PK. You do need to take care not to damage your back further. When you fall down one day you just have to get back on the next! I'm proud of your determination!

Great outlook regarding the food. I'm still trying to pull myself back up after the last week but it's a little difficult. I hope your back gets to feeling better!
