WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. 52 WEEKS TRYING TO LOSE 10PDS. WTF????
THIS IS FEBRUARY AND ITS GOING DOWN THE SAME WAY LOST A POUND GAIN A POUND.
THE GOOD THING IS THAT I HAVE KEEP UP WITH MY WORKOUT EVERY DAY FOR THE PAST 2YRS. I HAVE GIVING UP PROCESS SWEETS BY 90 PERCENT.
ITS A STRUGGLE.
