Big blizzard started at 10 am, but I got to the gym first. Taking PTO, so no work today. I am trying to be good although I'm home on a blizzard.....I feel like baking cookies and drinking hot chocolate (preferably with amaretto!). Instead I made my salad as if I were going to work. Homemade bean soup in the crock pot today. My weight was down, but I did weigh myself on a completely empty stomach, so am trying to accept that I will weigh a bit more tomorrow, most likely. I feel good not eating and drinking so much. I don't crave alcohol but cheese.....I miss you, my friend.
