This was a stressful week. I wasn't able to track points but I did watch what I ate and tried to make smart choices. And I was able to walk 3 days last week before the rain came. This week I have a sick preschooler but I'm hoping she's well enough tomorrow to at least ride in the stroller all bundled up. And arena soccer either starts this Sunday (hopefully not during Super Bowl) or the following Sunday. I can't wait to get back on the field! It really helps to keep me motivated to exercise throughout the week.
