my day, arugula salad with walnuts,dried gogi,sweet potato (cooked), flax oil and balsamic
few handfuls light popcorn
coffee NF/SF
stir fry veggies and tortilla chips green tea
blue cheese and few whole grain crackers
and dinner will be grilled talipia and veggies and brown rice.
