I was 160lbs in January. I tried to quit tobbaco and started rapidly gaining weight. By June I had gained 47lbs!!! I am really tired of not fitting into my clothes. I began a running program and working out on my Wii but it doesnt seem like enough. My body is changing but I am not loosing the weight. I found this site and am going to try it out!! My goal is to get back down to 160lbs by the new year.
