I'm thinking I should hold off on the dairy since my weight loss has slowed dramatically in the past two weeks. i was averaging at least two lbs a a week since Dec...I'll miss you delicious cheesy veggies *wipes tears*
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
