My goal is to stay at or under 1200 calories no matter what.

Today is Day #1.

I am giving myself 1 year... today is day one of three hundred sixty five days.

I find it to be helpful to record my exercise so that I can see what my net calories are. I figure as long as I am burning more than I am taking in, I am headed in the right direction. I've only been doing this for a couple of weeks and I have already lost 4 pounds. Nothing to celebrate really, but I am hoping to be under 150 in a couple of weeks!
