I really loved my personal plan.. Alas, I have undermined my efforts beginning with Halloween. Then Thanksgiving. Then Christmas & NYE/NY Day eating. I know it's sugar and carbs that are blowing my eating, firstly by their very nature but also because I just crave them like mad. As I gained another 3# it occurs to me that perhaps a shift in strategy is needed.
It's winter, grey and cold as a frozen snot-cicle, but I need exercise. Correction, I need the motivation to exercise. I need to build some muscle, build my bones and burn some energy in general. Since I can't just move to a warmer climate and I had to give up my gym membership (ah, budgets!) I need to do this in my home until Spring blesses us.
