So I'm on a lose a pound a week diet.
It is quite simple: You do whatever you need to do to lose one pound every week. This approach has its pros and cons but it ensures a safe and steady weight loss. Lost 3 pounds the last 3 weeks.

At this rate, 10 weeks (2.5 months) - I should have reached my goal weight.

Wish me health!

150.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
