Almost the end of the Month and the Daily Average is at -492 Cals deficit. This is inline with my aim of 500 Cals (20% of RDI but done a good way by not doing under RDI but taking the allowance from the difference between Food Cals and Exercise to get the deficit).
Will keep to eating to RDI allowance... just need to be good. Cannot exercise any more, i am already quite tired. (?)
Another month to go of much the same, with less cheating at the weekends ("please!").
