I feel like I wasted the day today... Just sat around watching TV... I did ride my bike for 2 hours but I am in a bit of a funk... I have to get a good night sleep, doesnt seem like I have had a full night sleep since my break up and I feel tired all the time.
Ok again I will shake this off, tomorrow I will be babysitting my 1 year old grandson until Thursday, he always makes me smile. Cant be down when he is here!
I am looking forward to trip to Florida but was hoping that I would be down 10 pds, I still think I can do it I just have to keep calories down to 1200 a day and get at least an hour of exercise a day!!
I will believe in myself and I will believe that this is attainable..

A trip to Florida sounds wonderful, and an excellent "carrot" hanging out there to keep you motivated to reach that mini goal you have set. You can do it!

Don't be discouraged by the scale!! While rapid weight and fat lose is always nice, sometimes it takes awhile for the scale to catch up to the body changes...sometimes even you've lost fat and your clothes fit looser, but the scales will show an increase. Take care & keep at this!!!!

Also maybe consider Low carb Hi fat diet if you are really serious about losing weight, lot's of good resources and people to learn from re this.
