Last weekend was NOT GOOD on the diet, but could have been even worse. I was up at Penn State for homecoming, which meant beer, greasy food and no exercise!
I've spent this week trying to get back on track, but the weight always goes on easier than it comes off these days.
If all goes well, I'll have a couple of goals in November to prepare for, including:
11/21 - VA Beach duathlon 11/25 - Annual Physical 11/26 - Turkey Trot 5K

Diet followed poorly.
