It's been fun and it's been real, but it hasn't been real fun. I have gained 12 lbs since I moved Donna in with me. It is time to stop the insanity. I cannot continue to make such stupid choices.
Today I am going to start turning this around. I can no longer afford to be the tour guide. It is wrecking my figure along with my wallet!!
Back to buying vegetables and fruit and laying off the meat!!
