Over full from yesterday's dinner party... so hard to control just munching when there is sooo much good food. Note to self - no more buffet foods... On the up side, before the party I bought goal pants (36) and shirts (L) - low and behold - the pants fit nice, not even tight... so that made me feel great - that is down from 48 pants size - so next payday, I have to pick up size 34.

You have 41.6 Pounds of fat and 130.4 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).
So I know this is an rough figure but it points out that I am heading in the right direction with wanting to loose about 50 more pounds. heh, and found out I have an eight inch wrist - I can not wait to start really working out and building up, should be fun!
