weight and measurement day. i lost no more weight this week but i have lost an inch an half on my stomach and hips. 3/4 on my arms and legs. im so happy.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
