Three days of workouts with reasonable eating, check. Very tired after those 3 days, today is a day of rest with a little controlled indulging in less-good-for-me food and drink.
But on the bright side, someone asked today if I'd lost weight. (Which, since Ontario, I totally have! Five pounds!)
Also proud of the reception I just went to with a huge assortment of sweet-looking things. I had one cookie - a beautiful gooey chocolate-peanut-butter-oatmeal-coconut no-bake thing that was exactly what I wanted and needed today. Nom.
