I am feeling less bloated after the new year. Maybe, this is because I am going to the gym every day since Tuesday. I have worked out 4x now. Tomorrow I will do some short cardio since it is the weekend already. My rest day will be Sunday and Monday. I am not into a strict diet and I expect to lose 1 lbs per week. Way to go for 115 lbs. This may be a long journey but I know I will get there before this year ends! Yay!
