There's really no excuse for my behavior - however I hit food bottom today. I am harboring all these emotions and am clearly an emotional eater and today I just wanted to eat and not feel. There's is nothing more pathetic than "tomorrow i am going to be serious." But that's my story. Tomorrow begins an entire 28 days of uninterrupted HCG VLCD before a planned interruption for a friend's wedding.
I am going to deal with this by telling all my coworkers that I am on a diet for health reasons and would appreciate not being hassled about it. I might also through in some faux health problems - the work place is full of sabotage and this is the only way to combat it I have found!
Give me strength - I know I've got it somewhere!
