I know the huge drop this week is water weight but I am going to take it. Anything that makes that number go down makes me happy. Haven't been eating much either. Ending/beginning of the year at work is stressful. Last night I forgot to eat dinner until I was already in bed. I didn't want to get out of bed just to eat and then go back to bed. Not healthy anyway. I have now gone a week without pop and this makes the fifth day of low carb. I am already feeling better. I am hoping this means I will not go through too much of a keto flu. Working out at home every day. I don't want to go too fast and hurt myself. Only one set of each upper body exercise with two sets of ab crunch for now. Need to get in some cardio but the local gym is packed with "resolutioners" and I am too impatient to wait an hour for a treadmill. By mid-February it should empty out. LOL
