hello all!! :) so yesterday i tried my fit foods for the first time and i have to say - pretty awesome! yummy and natural AND healthy? i'll take it!
I want to learn what their "diet" or 21 day challenge is about, has anyone tried his? or tried to make any of their food? please let me know! i will definitely pass by their store once in a while but can't have all my meals there everyday!
any ideas? help? Please!

21 day challenge? I have never heard of it. I'm doing the Primal Blueprint without so much the exercise and having some satisfying results thus far.

It is from my fit foods, just read about it, but the only thing is that you have to get all your meals from them which makes it expensive! i just like the idea of something that you can get, "fast food" but natural and healthy!:)
