Bad. Very Very Very Bad. I've been terriable lately. I havn't payed attention to everything i've been eating and have just been going off. Every minute i'm eating or thinking about it. It's been so complicated. I always say, "Okay, next week I will do better or tomorrow will be a better day." I print out "motivation" pictures but still. When I say i'm going to do good and cut out stuff and follow a real diet I successfully fail. I need some help :/

Maybe tomorrow will be a better day?
I'll try to write a journal entry daily from now on.

hey cheryl, ya you're actually doing great by keeping yourself accountable and weighing in and logging your food. You're like 10 pounds away from your goal, just about anyway. Keep up the good work. The more you focus on solutions the more solutions there are. Printing out daily reminders of what you are looking to achieve with your motivation pictures is a great solution and so is writing about your progress (forward or backwards). My main problem is that I don't plan well in general. And food is no exception - so it comes down to eat and I have to have the quickest thing, which is usually the worst thing for me.
