Lunch- 1 cup of chile with meat and beans. 7. Snack- 1 orange, 1 bottle of water. 8. Vitamins 9. Dinner- Two pollo loco thighs, 1 cup of salsa. 10. Snack- 1 apple, 1 bottle of water. 11. Bedtime, sleep, wake-up and do it again!
