My net loss for April was a little over pound. Not great, but I’ll take a loss (however small) over a gain any day. I struggled the last half of April! May is starting out well though - I’ve worked out in my little downstairs gym the last three mornings in a row and it has done wonders for my mental state. The shoulder that I broke a few months ago is still healing, but it feels so good to be able to curl a few pounds with that arm again.
