Today I'm having a salad with broccoli, brussel sprouts, kale, beef bologna, Parmesan cheese, thousand island dressing, croutons, golden raisins, pumpkin seeds, quinoa, and drinking coconut water. it's a beautiful sunny day today I'm so grateful.
