its all about being honest with myself. I know what is healthy and what is not. I have to decide each day, at each moment if I want to reach a healthy weight. I don't know why it's so darn hard, but it is.

Hi, It's hard because we can't eat the same way we did before if we want to lose. That doesn't mean we can't enjoy food and still lose! I do the same thing, I have to decide each time I eat, what do I really want? I could never plan a daily menu. I never know what I am going to choose until I eat that meal. We are not on a diet. Eat today as if you are already at goal. : )
