This weekend was tough. I'm really getting tired of counting, even though I know it's the best way for me to go.

Today I went to yoga, I want to make a habit of that. I also want to walk more - I walked yesterday and already packed a gym bag for tomorrow.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
