Last 2 days not 100% on track. Food journal done today, walked, and did some grocery shopping. Hope everyone has a great week.

I just checked out your weight loss so far excellent job double digits puts you into the passing lane on the highway of weight loss. I am giving you a standing applaud for all of your hard work. I realize you think your of point for the last two days but you are taking steps and writing journals are excellent tools to stay on the highway. Excellent, put the metal to the petal and keep going in the fast lane,but watch your speed we don't want you getting a speeding ticket.
