January 2, 2016 Another year! A good year last year but I didn't lose the weight I wanted to by wishing. I realized I want to lose weight while eating what I want, when I want. It doesn't work.
Thankfully I didn't gain weight through the holidays and picked up a great book for women called "20 Pounds Younger" by Michele Promaulayko. As a woman this book speaks to my heart and I would highly recommend it.
My goal is to listen to the experts and put good principals of living into my daily life.
My goal is lose 19 pound by March 31. This is doable.
