Went to SC for one week. Haven't ate the best but always seem to lose weight when I eat home food... So strange its like I eat krispy kreme, lots of fried foods and I lose weight.. Im sure due to stress was the excuse.. Back to work on the 4th on my way to preparing meals and getting this year on track!!! Day one down.
