Just joined Time to get Serious challenge. Summer would seem to be the easiest time to lose, all those fresh friuts and veggies. I have struggled. It is back to basics, 29 points plus per day, journaling is the key. Every morsel that goes in, gets written down. That is goal number one. I am proud of the fact that I have not missed a weigh in since the first of January, I always face the scale, goal 2 is to continue that. Beyond that I am thinking. We all have the dream goals, I want to list goals that are attainable in the time frame, will think about more goals and return to journal again.
